Fresh off the back of being hailed “Best Master” and amongst the Top 6 Synths of 2016 as voted by MusicTech editors, KV331’s SynthMaster is being updated to version 2.8 next Monday, 16th May.
New features include “Acid Mode”, complete with diode ladder filter and a powerful sequencer that can import midi patterns. It also includes a new snap to tempo timing functionality for the envelopes.
Best news of all for people who already own version 2.7, the upgrade is completely free!

Update 16/05/2016: SynthMaster are saying via their Facebook page that the update will go live on the servers today but the official 2.8 launch will be a few days later.
Update 18/05/2016: Looks like the original post on SynthMaster’s Facebook page was being optimistic. Still no update available yet as Bulent from KV331 posted in our comments section. Looking likely to be the end of the week now.
